Yes. In the rare event of an accident, the driver and/or helper will be totally responsible for the repair or replace damaged goods. Please contact us for additional options.

Any required assembly, if it can be done, will cost an additional fee. We must be notified upon scheduling a delivery that assembly is required so arrangements can be made to accommodate.

We use our own dollies, straps and pads in order to handle your items with the utmost care.

Please allow us a 2 hour window before making the delivery.

If an item is larger than 4 ft. wide and 8 ft. high, we may have to use a larger truck. Let us know if this is the case when you call to schedule a delivery. In the case of over sized items, please take measurements of the entrance door so we can ensure furniture can be delivered. We can also put the items in your garage or curbside upon your request.

Most deliveries can be made by using a van or pickup truck, depending on the items. This is much more cost-efficient than using a large truck. If we can, we use one delivery man instead of two.
